1 Eligibility 参加资格
Existing Customers: Participation is limited to existing Prime Water customers. We believe the best advocates are those who already use and love our alkaline water ionizers.
Non-Existing Customers: Participation is on case by case basis.
现有客户：本计划仅限现有 Prime Water 客户参加。我们相信最好的推荐人是真正在使用并热爱我们碱性水离子机的客户。
非现有客户：是否可参加将根据具体情况个别评估。
2 Referral Rewards (The “Thank You” Fee) 推荐奖励（“感谢费”）
Fixed Reward: For every successful referral of a Prime Water Ionizer, you will receive a fixed referral fee of S$180. This is a flat fee and is not calculated as a percentage of the sale.
固定奖励：每成功推荐一台 Prime Water 离子机，您将获得固定推荐费 S$180。此为固定金额，不按销售额比例计算。
3 Qualified Referrals (The “No-Return” Rule) 合格推荐（“无退货”规则）
The Waiting Period: To account for our 30-day after installation, referral fees are marked as “Pending” for 30 days after the date of delivery and installation.
Cancellations & Returns: If a referred customer returns their ionizer or cancels their order within 30 days after installation, no referral fee will be issued.
New Customers Only: Referral fees are only paid for the first-time purchase made by a new customer.
等待期：由于我们提供 30 天安心退换服务，推荐费在交付安装日后的 30 天内标记为“待定”状态。
取消与退货：若被推荐客户在安装后 30 天内退还离子机或取消订单，将不发放推荐费。
仅限新客户：推荐费仅适用于新客户的首次购买。
4 Restricted Activities (Anti-Fraud) 禁止行为（反舞弊）
No Self-Referrals: You may not use your own referral link or code to purchase an ionizer for yourself. This is strictly a “refer-a-friend” program.
No Public Coupon Sites: You are prohibited from posting your referral code on discount/coupon aggregate websites. This program is intended for personal sharing with friends, family, and your private social network.
No Impersonation: You may not represent yourself as an employee or official agent of Prime Water.
禁止自我推荐：您不得使用自己的推荐链接或推荐码为自己购买离子机。本计划严格限于“推荐给朋友”。
禁止发布于公共优惠码网站：您不得将推荐码张贴至折扣/优惠码聚合网站。本计划仅供您与朋友、家人及私人社交圈分享。
禁止冒充：您不得自称为 Prime Water 之员工或官方代理。
5 Payout Process 奖励发放流程
Payment Method: Referral fees will be paid out via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or PayNow.
Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for any taxes associated with the referral fees you receive.
支付方式：推荐费将通过银行转账、PayPal 或 PayNow 发放。
税务责任：您所收取推荐费产生的任何税项由您自行承担。
6 Termination 终止
Prime Water reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account and void any pending commissions if we detect fraudulent activity or a violation of these terms.
如发现任何舞弊行为或违反本条款之情况，Prime Water 保留终止任何推荐账户及作废所有待发放奖励的权利。
