By using primewater.com.sg, placing an order, booking a demo, or signing in to a customer account, you agree to these Terms of Service. Read them with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
01Who these terms are with
These terms are between you (“you”, “customer”) and Strategic Team Consulting (trading as Prime Water Singapore), the authorised sole distributor of Prime Water Korean alkaline water ionizers in Singapore (KFDA Reg. No. 5427). UEN 201734567X.
02Acceptable use of the website
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms (demo bookings, orders, contact, referral signup).
- Attempt to bypass authentication, access another customer’s account, or extract data you are not authorised to see.
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to mass-submit forms, scrape product/pricing data, or stress-test our infrastructure.
- Use our content (text, images, product photos) without permission for any purpose outside of researching the product before buying.
- Resell access to our customer portal or programmatically interact with our APIs without a written agreement.
03Accounts & sign-in
Customer accounts are created by us after your first demo or order — there is no public signup form. We will send your login credentials via WhatsApp or email after your install.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- One account per household. If multiple people in your household need access, they can share a login (we are not currently set up for multi-seat households).
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for more than 5 years (after notifying you).
04Orders & pricing
All prices on the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices can change at any time, but the price you confirm at order submission is the price we honour for that order.
- Submitting an order via order-form creates a lead, not a binding sale. We will WhatsApp / call you within 1 working day to confirm.
- A sale is binding only when we send you a written order confirmation (WhatsApp or email).
- We reserve the right to decline any order — for example, if we cannot install in your area, if stock is unavailable, or if pricing was displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
- Promotional prices apply for the duration stated. Bundles and offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
05Payment
We currently accept PayNow (to UEN 201734567X) as our primary payment method. Payment is due:
- 50% on order confirmation — secures your unit and the install slot.
- 50% on the day of install — after you have inspected the unit and water quality.
We do not store credit card or bank account details on our servers. PayNow transfers go directly bank-to-bank.
06Delivery & installation
- We install across mainland Singapore. Some areas (Sentosa, restricted-access estates) may require advance coordination.
- Install typically takes ~45 minutes for counter-top units, up to ~2 hours for under-counter installs.
- You must have a working power outlet within 1.5m of the install location and clear access to your kitchen tap.
- If we arrive and cannot complete the install due to site conditions (no power, unsuitable plumbing) you have not flagged, we may charge a S$80 re-visit fee.
- Standard install lead time after order confirmation: 5–10 working days.
07Warranty
All units include a 5-year hardware warranty starting from the date of install, covering:
- Manufacturing defects in the ionizer body, control panel, and titanium plates.
- Free labour and parts replacement at our workshop or on-site (our discretion).
Warranty does not cover:
- Filters (consumables, replaced on the published schedule).
- Damage from water pressure exceeding manufacturer spec (we provide a pressure reducer where needed).
- Damage from unauthorised modifications, drops, or improper cleaning agents.
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, discolouration) that does not affect function.
- Units that have been relocated and re-installed by someone other than us, unless we pre-approved the relocation.
To claim warranty: WhatsApp us with your serial number and a description of the issue. We respond within 1 working day.
08Returns, refunds & cancellation
30-Day Peace of Mind Window. If within 30 days of install you are not satisfied with the unit, we will uninstall it and refund 100% of what you paid, less a S$150 install + uninstall handling fee. The unit must be in good cosmetic condition (normal use accepted).
Other return / cancellation scenarios:
- Cancel before install — full refund of the 50% deposit, no questions asked.
- Cancel after install, within 30 days — Peace of Mind window applies (see above).
- After 30 days — returns at our discretion. Warranty repair is the standard remedy for any defects.
- Filter / consumable returns — not accepted once opened, for hygiene reasons. Unopened filters within 14 days: full refund.
09Filter replacements & service
- Filter replacement schedules are computed from your install date and recorded in your customer account.
- We will WhatsApp you a reminder ~14 days before each filter is due.
- Skipping recommended filter replacements may void the hardware warranty for damage attributable to filter degradation.
- Filter pricing is published on the Filter replacements page and may change with at least 14 days’ notice to active customers.
10Referral / affiliate programme
The Prime Water Referral Programme is governed by its own Referral Terms & Conditions — please read those before joining. In summary: the current thank-you fee is S$180 per successful referral, paid out via PayNow on the 1st of the month after the 30-day Peace of Mind window closes.
11Health claims disclaimer
Our alkaline water ionizers are KFDA-registered medical devices in South Korea. Marketing materials may reference research on alkaline water’s effects on hydration, antioxidant potential (ORP), and acid–base balance.
Important. Prime Water Singapore makes no medical claims that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this website are for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions that affect your health, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.
12Intellectual property
All content on primewater.com.sg — logos, photography, copy, design, product images — is the property of Strategic Team Consulting or licensed to us by Prime Water Korea. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose this content for commercial use without written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (form responses, customer notes). By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
13Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant unit in the 12 months before the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages (lost business, lost data, emotional distress).
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud, or (c) any matter that cannot be excluded under Singapore consumer protection law (notably the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Lemon Law where applicable).
14Termination
You can stop using our services at any time by closing your account (WhatsApp us) or simply not signing in. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination (warranty, IP, liability) survive.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via WhatsApp/email to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect, and the “Effective” date at the top of this page will be updated. Continuing to use our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

01本条款的双方
本条款的双方为您(“您”、“客户”)与 Strategic Team Consulting(商号“Prime Water 新加坡”)。我们是韩国 Prime Water 碱性水离子机在新加坡的授权独家分销商,KFDA 注册编号 5427,UEN 201734567X。
02网站可接受使用方式
您可将本网站用于个人非商业用途。您同意不会:
- 通过我们的表单(上门体验预约、订单、联系、推荐报名)提交虚假、误导或欺诈性资料。
- 试图绕过身份验证、访问其他客户账户,或提取您无权查看的资料。
- 使用自动化工具(爬虫、机器人)批量提交表单、抓取产品/价格资料,或对我们的基础设施进行压力测试。
- 未经许可,将我们的内容(文字、图片、产品照片)用于研究购买以外的任何用途。
- 未经书面协议,转售客户后台的访问权或以程序化方式与我们的 API 交互。
03账户与登录
客户账户在您首次上门体验或下单后由我们创建——并无公开注册表单。安装完成后我们会通过 WhatsApp 或电邮发送登录凭证。
- 您有责任妥善保管密码。
- 如怀疑账户遭未授权访问,请立即通知我们。
- 每个家庭一个账户。家中多人需访问时可共用同一登录(目前不支持多用户席位)。
- 对违反本条款或闲置超过 5 年的账户,我们可在通知后予以暂停。
04订单与价格
网站所有价格均以新加坡元(SGD)计价,含 GST(如适用)。价格随时可能调整,但您在提交订单时确认的价格即为该订单的成交价。
- 通过 order-form 提交订单仅产生意向单,不构成具有约束力的销售合约。我们会在 1 个工作日内 WhatsApp / 电话与您确认。
- 只有当我们发出书面订单确认(WhatsApp 或电邮)后,销售方具约束力。
- 我们保留拒绝任何订单的权利——例如无法在您所在地区安装、库存不足,或因技术错误导致价格显示有误。
- 促销价仅在所声明的期间内有效。除非另有明示,组合优惠与促销不可合并使用。
05付款
目前主要付款方式为 PayNow(收款 UEN 201734567X)。付款时点如下:
- 下单确认时 50%——锁定您的机器及安装时段。
- 安装当日 50%——待您检视机器及水质后支付。
我们不会在服务器上存储信用卡或银行账户资料。PayNow 转账由银行直接处理。
06送货与安装
- 我们覆盖新加坡本岛全境。部分区域(圣淘沙、出入受限的住宅区)可能需提前协调。
- 台面式机器安装通常约 45 分钟,橱柜下安装最长约 2 小时。
- 安装位置 1.5 米范围内须有可用电源,并有通往厨房水龙头的清晰路径。
- 若到场后因您未告知的现场状况(无电源、水管不合适)而无法完成安装,我们将收取 S$80 重新到场费。
- 订单确认后的标准安装等候期:5 至 10 个工作日。
07保修
所有机器自安装日起享有5 年硬件保修,涵盖:
- 离子机机身、控制面板及钛板的制造缺陷。
- 在我们工坊或上门维修(视情况而定)时的人工与零件免费更换。
保修不涵盖:
- 滤芯(消耗品,按公布的更换周期处理)。
- 水压超出制造商规格所造成的损坏(如有需要,我们会提供减压阀)。
- 因未授权改装、跌落或使用不当清洁剂造成的损坏。
- 不影响功能的外观磨损(刮痕、变色)。
- 未经我们事先核准,由非本公司人员搬迁并重新安装的机器。
如需启动保修:请通过 WhatsApp 提供机器序列号及问题描述。我们将在 1 个工作日内回复。
08退换货、退款与取消
30 天安心退换期。若您在安装后 30 天内不满意,我们将上门拆机并退还 100% 已付款项,扣除 S$150 安装+拆机手续费。机器需保持良好外观(接受正常使用痕迹)。
其他退换 / 取消情境:
- 安装前取消——全额退还 50% 订金,无须任何理由。
- 安装后 30 天内取消——适用上述安心退换期。
- 30 天后——退换由我们酌情处理。任何故障的标准救济方式为保修维修。
- 滤芯 / 消耗品退换——基于卫生考虑,开封后不接受退换。未开封滤芯于 14 天内全额退款。
09滤芯更换与服务
- 滤芯更换计划依据您的安装日期自动生成,并记录于您的客户账户。
- 每枚滤芯到期前约 14 天,我们会以 WhatsApp 提醒您。
- 跳过建议的滤芯更换可能使因滤芯老化所致损坏的硬件保修失效。
- 滤芯价格公示于滤芯更换页面,如有变更将至少提前 14 天通知活跃客户。
10推荐 / 联营计划
Prime Water 推荐计划另受其自身的推荐计划条款与条件约束——加入前请详阅。简要而言:目前的感谢奖励为每位成功推荐 S$180,在 30 天安心退换期结束后的下个月 1 日通过 PayNow 发放。
11健康声明免责
我们的碱性水离子机为韩国 KFDA 注册医疗器械。营销材料可能引用关于碱性水对水分补充、抗氧化电位(ORP)及酸碱平衡影响的研究。
重要声明。Prime Water 新加坡不作任何医疗声明,并未表示本产品可诊断、治疗、治愈或预防任何疾病。本网站所载内容仅供资讯参考。在做出影响健康的决定前——尤其是您患有医疗状况、怀孕、哺乳或服药期间——请咨询合格的医疗专业人员。
12知识产权
primewater.com.sg 上的所有内容——徽标、摄影、文案、设计、产品图——均为 Strategic Team Consulting 之财产,或由韩国 Prime Water 授权我们使用。未经书面许可,您不得为商业目的复制、转载或重新利用上述内容。
您对所提交的内容(表单回应、客户备注)保留所有权。提交即授予我们非排他性许可,按隐私政策所列目的使用相关内容。
13责任限制
在新加坡法律允许的最大范围内:
- 因您使用我们产品或本网站而引起的任何索赔,我们的总责任以您在该索赔前 12 个月内为相关机器所支付之金额为上限。
- 对间接、衍生、附带或特殊损害(业务损失、资料损失、精神困扰)概不负责。
- 本条款不限制我们对以下事项之责任:(a) 因我方过失致人死亡或人身伤害、(b) 欺诈、(c) 任何不可在新加坡消费者保护法(尤其《公平交易(消费者保护)法令》及《柠檬法》如适用)项下排除的事项。
14终止
您可随时停止使用我们的服务——关闭账户(WhatsApp 通知我们)或不再登录即可。若您违反本条款,我们可在合理情形下经通知后暂停或终止您的账户。合理上应于终止后继续有效之条款(保修、知识产权、责任)将继续有效。
15条款变更
我们可能不时更新本条款。重大变更将至少在生效前 14 天通过 WhatsApp / 电邮通知活跃客户,本页顶部的“生效日期”亦会更新。变更生效后继续使用我们的服务即视为接受。
